Took it easy today. Legs are pretty sore from Monday and Tuesday.

28:41 - my three least favorite things to do but I did them and glad I went. Great job 5:30.

Great pic! I married one strong and handsome guy but personally glad to have never had the look on
his face directed at me! Kinda scary intimidating!

Today's WOD at CrossFit SOCO in Colorado Springs:

STRENGTH:
Front squats 3x3 with 30 seconds rest between sets of three, three rounds with 3 minutes between each round.

One round at 123 lbs, two rounds at 113 lbs

WOD:
Run 800m
7 mus (mod with 21 banded pull ups, 21 banded ring dips)
24 situps
Run 400m
7 mus (mod as before)
24 situps
Run 800m

Wow. Everyone but Johnny, Carey and Marcy must be doing 100 burpees, right?

26:16. Had to break up the dubs at 100 and saved the last 50 for the end to make sure I didn't spend the morning whipping myself with my rope!
