Skill Strength: L-sits
Trainer starts a 10 minute running clock.  Working individually and counting your own time, accrue 3 minutes of total time in L-Sit position.  Break up rounds and scale as necessary.

I am so pumped to do this WOD tomorrow!

I think the trainer who came up with this job has horns, a trident and nice red suit.
