Row 1k
10 Handstand Pushups (head 2" below parallel)
Run 500m
5 Legless rope climbs (15')

15:28, scaled handstand pushups and rope climb. Eric had me do additional less scaled handstand pushups as the initial ones weren't causing that painful grimace on my face.

Way to go 5:30 am!! I still think all of us are asleep until 6 am.

13:42 w/ HSPU's on a box with 45lb and 15lb plates and rope climbs with my feet.

6:30am was Elite this morning!!

12:28 Had to use legs to rest during last 2 rope climbs.

12:22 rx'd ... Felt great!

Wow! Arms are non-existent. Thanks a lot Eric, I'm putting you in a trash can next time I run into you!

WOD: 11:30 rxd

15:34 with a box for HSPU and did half my rope climbs with feet and half without. Great job 6 PM!

I tried to do this RX'd i did almost everything. I got 1 K row, HSPU with 2 inch, 500 m run, I did rope climb 3 time complete, the fourth round i just got half , the round five i got it, and i try one round more and I got 2/3 of the rope. Total time 19:30

My husband Brett was in such a good mood until he saw Cory beat his time. Now monkey boy is sad and wishing he had a do over to see if he could climb those ropes faster. Oh well looking forward to the new early bird class tomorrow, been out for 2 days for work!
