Strength/Skill: Front Squat, or Pistols

WOD:

Complete as many rounds as possible in 15 minuters of the following rep scheme:

Knees to Elbows
Ring Dips
Snatch (135/95)

1-1-1, 2-2-2, 3-3-3, 4-4-4, etc.  Be a winner, not a wienie - post your results to comments.

9 rounds + 5. Modified with "candlesticks" instead of K2E (shoulder hurts to hang from the bar), blue band bar dips, and 53# snatch.

8 rounds even...barely! Scaled to 95# and neg ring dips.

8 rounds + 9 K2Stomach (not ready to hit elbows yet) + 5 bar dips (blue band). Scaled to 53#.

Great 5pm class! Tons of people, including some NextGen old-timers (Sarah and Tyler).

Brutal, brutal WOD after some max-effort front squats...5x7 @ 215.
