Strength/Skill: Back Squats, or Agility drills

WOD:

50 Deadlift to Pushups (bodyweight on bar)
50 Box Jumps (24"/20")

You may break up the reps any way you choose, but by the end all 100 reps need to be completed.  Post time to comments or go take a 10 minute time out.

Russian Stim 2.0
Complete 3 rounds:
2 Squats @ 88% of 1 RM
Rest 3-4 minutes
2 Squats @ 88% of 1 RM
Rest 3-4 minutes
6 Power Cleans @ 80% of 1 RM - 30 sec rest between reps
Rest 3-4 minutes
6 Power Cleans @ 80% of 1 RM - 30 sec rest between reps
*Rest 4-5 minutes between rounds

Weights were 145 lbs and 93 lbs respectively.

7x5 Front Squat @ 225#, 225#, 225#, 225#, 220#, 220#, 220#.

The nerd in me thinks it would be interesting to have a case study that looked at the incidence of infertility in women who CrossFit.
