WOD: Complete as many rounds as possible in 20 minutes of:
175m sled drag (45/25)
30 bicycles (each leg is one)
20 sledge hammers to tire (alternating arms)
10 GHD bench press (45/33) *plyometric push ups if GHD not available
1 rope climb (18'/15')

I wore my tall running compression socks and they really protected my leg...highly recommend :). Fun WOD!

3 rounds plus sled drag and bicycles fun but challenging wod, still can't believe I did that rope climb three times. I'm very proud of the mark it left on my left shin!!

Way to go, Carey! Awesome job on the rope climbs!
4 rounds plus a partial sled drag. One round I did the plyo pushups since the GHD was taken but otherwise as rx'd. I am not as scared of the rope...just slow at it!
