Front squat 2X5 with 3 second pause at the bottom. Work up to heaviest set.
3 Rounds of:
9 pull ups
15 KB snatches each arm (heaviest weight possible, DB's are acceptable instead of KB)
21 medicine ball sit ups.
then, with no rest...
400m farmers carry (53/35 each arm)
