Trainers week: Which NextGen trainer said the following: "Sometimes you just gotta pee yourself."
Skill/Strength:
Front squat 2X5 with 3 second pause at the bottom. Work up to heaviest set.
WOD:
For time:
3 Rounds of:
9 pull ups
15 KB snatches each arm (heaviest weight possible, DB's are acceptable instead of KB)
21 medicine ball sit ups.
then, with no rest...
400m farmers carry (53/35 each arm)

Finally a combination of things I am good at. Happens about once a year!~
I could barely buckle my little man in his car seat after this WOD. Fore Arm Killer!!!! Beware!!!

FS did 155# 2x5 with a long 3 count on the bottom. Good exercise. Had several sets of warmups with the long rest on the bottom.
RX'd WOD 17:23, that Farmers Carry was a bear.

17:30 modified 25# dumbbell farmers walk. Also, 20# dumbbell snatches and 14# medicine ball.
Fun 5:30 class!!

15:45 as rx'd with 35 lb KB's and 14lb medicine ball. I had to rest waaaaaay too much on farmer's carry.
