9am: Open gym - come in and work those weak points!
In teams of two, complete the following for time:
150 Wallballs 20/14 (partner rests in the "Asian Squat")
150 Med ball slams 20/14 (partner rests while hanging from a pullup bar)
150 Thrusters 45/33 (partner rests in the pushup plank position)
Repping partner tries to get as many reps done before resting partner cannot hold position any longer and vice-versa. Only one partner may be repping at a time. Partners may switch positions at any time. Any reps performed when partner is not in the "rest" position do not count. Post time to comments.
