Trainer's Week:  A few of the trainer's got together this weekend and put together this week's WODs!

Strength/Skill: 
Sumo Deadlift - 5 sets of 5 reps, strict form and heavy

WOD:

Three Rounds for time of:
50 Double Unders
50 Sit ups
50 Push ups
