Attention NextGen:
As many of you know, we are hosting the first annual "Battle Over Red Lands" CrossFit competition on Saturday, November 17th. The gym will be closed on Friday the 17th to set up and we could use your help.
If you are available to help with equipment transportation, general cleanup and/or athlete registration, we could use volunteers on both days. In order to facilitate quick and effective communication, please use the email

to sign up for all volunteer positions. If you have already emailed us, feel free to email again to make sure we have you on the volunteer list. All volunteers will be given a free BORL Volunteer T-Shirt and of course gain free admission to the event.
If you are unable to compete or volunteer, we ask that you show your NextGen support and pride by bringing all friends and family to this incredible event.

9:14 - 2000k row since Justin felt sorry for me from my Tulsa Run on Saturday.
24:00 WOD - scaled, Wall Hand stands since this is only my second time to try and Pullups with Blue band

Congratulations Melissa, the 1st PU is always exciting! I'm pretty excited about the butterfly pull-ups! I need to practice them but I am looking forward to eventually getting them down. Great job Sarah and Justin for the HSPU and butterfly PU training.
