33:52, 63lb cleans, DUBS 40/30/40 (because Justin didn't want me to still be in the gym at 5:30 am on Tuesday).
A year ago my 1 RM for cleans was #63 so feel good about this workout even though I had to scale back the DUBS.

Let me correct something, 9 months ago my 1 RM was 63#. Paleo/Whole9 eating and Crossfit made this happen.

Great to have Sarah at the box today especially cause Eric had her "fix" me! Hope your sticking around Sarah cause I am a mess!! Time was 19:?? at 63lbs slow and light weight to do hang cleans the RIGHT way.
