Complete as many rounds as possible in 20 minutes of:
5 left/5 right Kettlebell Snatch (55/35)
10 Kettlebell Swing
10 Kettlebell Front Squat
Run 175m

8 rounds plus 10 snatches modified with 25 lb KB. I could have gone rx'd if it weren't for this pesky left shoulder....grrrrrr.

Enjoyed this workout! Great job 5:30! 9 rounds ( plus all KB work and started the run portion... Just short of 10 rounds) 25lb KB and pushed the stroller today!

Tabata Row

100% cardio workout with no rest. 7 rounds, scaled to 25 lb DB. Should have went heavier on the KB swings and squats. However, trying to work on my squat form.

5:30 am class rocked it and Denise rocked it at the 6:30 class all by herself.

WOD rx'd 7 rounds plus all snatches
