30 Box Jumps

One round of "Annie":
50 Ab-mat situps
50 Double Unders

18:57 or was it 19:57... It took me awhile, but I finished!

I met Cobalt when he first started crossfit. Have watched him not only lose the weight, but become an amazing athlete. Powerful video must see. I have no excuse for not giving my best each and every time.

17 scaled bad hamstring today really slowed me down. Worked on pull ups- still need to learn to kip

Today's WOD: 15:58 as rxd. Last time I did this was about 2 years ago. I was almost a minute slower, and it was not rx'd.
