First 3 sets unbroken, last 2 I did 10&5, legs were a little burnt from all of the legs/running WODs lately! Great 6am class once again!

75# Snatch 3x3 really want to focus on triple extension

Nancy-65# 22:23- bar placement felt good right over my midline.

Knees would start to cave in at around the end of round 4. I was starting to come forward on my toes.

Good work out and I'm gonna continue to focus on form

I suck a 20 minutes work out I finished on 33.29 and only with 75 lbs

Tough workout. Trying to get back in shape 53lbs 25+mins had to finish with front squats.
