I improperly posted my scaled (switched to knees to chest midway through due to fatigue) results on the board this morning. Blame it on 5 hours of sleep?
Pistol practice--thank you Carey for showing me the band assistance
WOD--finished through 18 K2E/K2C + 14 burpees

15 K2E and 4 burpees with bronchitis and a sinus infection. Probably a terrible idea!

What's probably actually happening in that circle is Rich Froning saying, "Dudes...prepare to get crushed. Galatians 6:14."
Miss you all!!
