New guy Jon hits a new gym record for the standing box jump of 53.5" and completed the rep by standing up on the top. Amazing, man!!!

43:05 - this was by far one of the hardest workouts I've had to do. I just about quit in the 4th round but heard Johnny Bunn's voice in my head telling me I am an athlete and to kick it up.
Thanks, Johnny. You may be giving me more credit than I deserve. Yes, I did do 24" box but I stepped up to full hip extension instead of jumping.
Great job 6 am class.

22:17 Rx'd. Although...full disclosure, the box jumps were not "games standard", stopping at the top an opening the hips! I'm still happy with it, though.
