Crossfit has really helped me tone up over the last year but this constant gimpy walking around because im so freaken sore is not sexy!! And, since i'm whining there have been 15 or so people in the 6 am class but only 2-3 posts. Come on people!! POST YOUR TIME you know how this makes Eric happy and when Erics happy we are all happy!- don't make me call you out Ken, Steph, Jason, Dubs, Romney, Andrea, Rorie or Brad :)
