Tried to RX this one. Never done a muscle up before, but accidentally got one while warming up.
Got through a couple Muscle Ups in the workout but couldnt keep it up the whole time. Time was slower because I kept trying to get those dang bar MU to RX the workout...but a no go. RX'd everything else.
