Overhead Squats, 3x1 @ 90%, or
GHD Situps, 5x15 

WOD: "Lynne"

Five rounds for max reps of:
Body weight bench press
Pull-ups

There is no time component to this WOD.  Allow enough rest between rounds to allow for max reps.  Post score to comments.

Did 5x15 GDH situps- 3sets before wod and 2 after. Happy Thursday!

I could not work out this morning and Eric has been telling me to run a 5k at LaFortune Park. So I am a good student and did. My last 5k 3 days ago runing at home was 26:52 at 3.15 miles.

My LaFortune Park Run-
LaFortune Park 5k is 3.29 miles. My time was 26:12. My 5k at 3.11 was 24:48. I am going go pass out now.

Tried this one at work today. Boy do I need to work on benchpress.

Scaled- 63# 160, Grn. I am so close to moving to blue.

Got to successfully find my 1rm for overhead squats: 78#

48 reps at 103 lbs. Last time I did this at 103 lbs and got 82 reps! UGH! I think I have the Paleo blues....
