In case you were wondering, "I wonder what I should be doing this Sunday afternoon?", I know what you should be doing.
Luila and I (and a few others from the gym) will be getting our Concealed Carry licence from 3-7pm with Mike Konshack of the Bixby Police Department!
$50, you'll need to bring 50 rounds of ammo for your gun, guns available to rent for $10.

Workout was slightly rough today, have been very sore.
CF Total 640
Back Squat - 255#
Shoulder Press - 110#
Clean - 275#
Much lower than my 1RM normally on those, but I guess not a bad workout. Definitely enjoyed it.

Im sorry I do believe I said clean on that on that last post and I am not quite sure why. My brain must be sore too. That should read "DEAD LIFT 275#''

Haha bad ass squat?! I grew up doing that squat since I grew up in Asia and spent a couple years in northern Thailand. I didn't know til crossfit there was another type of squat!
