Reminder: Beginning Monday, October 1st, the following schedule changes will be in place:
1. The women's only 9:30am M-W-F class will be cancelled. Thank you Kymm for such a great class for the past year!
2. We will be adding a new 11am Wednesday class with Kymm as the coach.
3. Instead of 6 and 7am classes, we will be switching to a new 5:30 and 6:30am format.
4. Our Saturday 9am Olympic Weightlifting class will be changed to a "Goat" class where you can come in and work on any weak points. Coach Adam will be there to help with anything ranging from Olympic lifts to muscle-ups!
We love our members and hope the new changes will benefit everyone!

WOD: "Team Trevor"...(wmv)(mov)
Team up with three others and complete the following for time:
300 Pullups
400 Pushups
500 Situps
600 Squats
This is a team effort for accumulative reps. Only two teams members can exercise at a time. All reps must be completed before moving on to the next movement
(i.e. finish all pull ups before moving on to the push ups).
Miss Stacy pulling a 22,000lb tank 45 feet in 55 seconds at the Oklahoma Scottish Games last weekend. Way to go Stacy!!!
