Reminder: 
Monday through Friday morning classes are now at 5:30 and 6:30am, instead of 6 and 7am.

Strength/Skill: 

Squat Clean - 2 reps each minute for 12 minutes @ 75-85% 1RM

WOD: 

Complete as many rounds as possible in 15 minutes of:
5 L-Pullups
10 Ring Pushups
15 Jumping Squats

or,

"Cindy"

Complete as many rounds as possible in 20 minutes of: 
5 Pull-ups 
10 Push-ups
15 Squats

14 more reps than last time.

Great job to the new 5:30am class!

"Cindy" 11 Rds (blue) +20 (so close to being able to say 12 rds.). I recently graduated to the blue band so my rds completed was a couple short from Aug when I completed with green. Progress though.

Good to see a lot of folks make it to the 5:30 a.m. class. Great job as usual to the early birds.

Eric - thanks for doing the body fast test before the workout today. Appreciate it.
