Brutal. 21:04 rx'd.

21:29 as rx'd. Felt sluggish this morning, and this workout was tough. The 25 shoulder presses got hard very quickly. After that, it was a bit better. I imagine there are some strong NGCF women that will kill this WOD today...I'm not sure I even gave it an abrasion! Nevertheless, glad to get this one done in the cooler temps of the morning. Great job 6:00 am!

Tyler...always good to have you here. I will most likely be at the 10:00 am class. We have been having a pretty good size class on Saturday mornings. I am sure you will have plenty of good company!
