16:27 modified with 25 lb kettlebells. I started with 35 lb KB's, but it wasn't going to happen, so I switched after a few reps. It took me about 4 minutes to get the double-unders done. Good job 6:00 am class!

bench press was 195# ( 120% current BW)
5 rep max at the end of a workout last week was 175# so I think that 195 was due to being sore or something.

WOD was a little rough. DUBs took me almost 7 minutes to do. Scaled to 35# KB.

23:58 total time with 2 untimely cases of the GI distress. I was definitely pushing it on all fronts this morning.

19:27 scaled to 35# kettlebells. Great job 6am...thanks for helping through the last of the thrusters!!

Bench Press 70#- up 2# from PR

13:23 scaled 15# DB- should have done 20# but after this weeks WOD's my legs are noodles. Great job to all who perservered through this week. It was one humbling week for me! Glad its Friday!

16:14 Rx'd....wow, that was a tough one!

Bench press - 215, highest max I have seen since dropping from 210lb body weight to my current weight of 170lbs.

Glad that one is over, felt like an eternity! Got the double-unders done in about 80 seconds, spent the rest of the time crawling through this one.

Attempted twice my previous 1rm of 90#, and although Carey says she didn't help much, I couldn't swing it alone this time :(

Knew 100 dubs would take eons, Justin granted me a 50 rep pass card. Scaled and modified the WOD to 50 dubs and 15# DB thrusters, completed in 14:50. Finished the other 50 dubs afterwards for good measure :) 5:30 am here we come!!!!

Glad and honored of the people who actually did this crazy WOD. Im glad that todays is my rest day hahaha
