My K2Es weren't nearly as pretty as Johnny Bunn's that's for sure, but a really great WOD for a Friday. Great job 6AM.

Jerk 1RM - 130# (new PR!)

I tell you what... a bunch of GHD sit-ups and even more pull-ups on a Thursday PM don't bode well for K2E and mucho sit-ups on Friday AM! Lesson learned. :)

Jerk: worked up to 245# which seems to be my working 1rm lately. Probably had more for this lift, but ran outta time.

I second Erika's sentiment about last night's WOD slowing down today's. the runs felt fast, but all 3 core movements were tough following GHD-fest yesterday.

18:21 - I run so freaken slow it is frustrating. Someone at next gen (name will go unmentioned) said I run like I weigh 300lbs. LOL great job 6am. Great to have Chad and Bob.
