14:50 as rx'd...Dubbs beat me by a split second! Johnny B and Clark tore it up. This was a great workout...and a great turnout for 6:00 am! Nearly every barbell taken!

Oh, how could I forget? We were all energized by the playlist this morning, especially by my all-time favorite "Oh Canada". That REALLY got me fired up! BUT, I think I would have beat Dubbs if you had played "Texas Fight" or "the Eyes of Texas"...Eric, will you add that to the playlist? That's not too much to ask...eh?? (as they say in Canada)

Today's wod as rxd 13:55, low back got tight after the Romanian DL, so "lightning bolt" Clark passed me on the last run.

Huge turnout this am for 6! Love the energy!

My last post should have said "Back squat practice", not dead lift. I would be so embarrassed if that were my DL practice. =)

Sad to have missed Kymm and my girls this week, but 6 am today was awesome!!

Hamstrings are already getting tight. Tomorrow might not be pretty!!

14:23 Scaled #53 due to a long run I have to do tomorrow. I told Marcy I scaled so I wouldn't feel to much in my backside. She said or it's the opposite, you want to be able to feel something.

Running in rain this morning was a first for me. I found one HUGE puddle in the dark at 6 am.
