8:53 scaled 53lb Front Squats-i am almost there to rx it. My 1RM 1 year ago for front squats was 50lbs- progress thanks to Eric and others!

Not my choice WOD being this is the 1st day I can walk after competing Saturday. Embraced the Suck and got it done!!!
I LOVED watching the Jedi Masters do work Saturday sure changes the way I view aging.
