The introduction of this "walking-squat" at the seminar was awesome! Steve, his wife Loreen and their students Jessica and Eli did an amazing job! I learned so much!!

What's up with all the gray T's?

So I am thinking about going 100% Paleo for the month of September (30 days) and see what that does. I eat paleo for the most part in zone portions. I still drink half and half, truvia, dark chocolate, yogurt,  oatmeal, energy drinks, sometimes rice and beans, wine...etc. I want to give full Paleo nutrition a try. It would be awesome if there are others that would like to do it for 30 days. We can all hold each other accountable. We have nothing to lose but a few pounds, right?...And maybe gain some energy.

Let's do it. We can start it off this Saturday with one of our Saturday morning Paleo/Zone meetings?

I ran a 5K today...having hip flexor and shoulder issues :-( so I figured I would just run. It wasn't pretty, but it was accomplished nonetheless.

Monica, I am in. But why do we always have to start these things on or near a holiday? Oh well...whining never got me anywhere. I will do my best.

2:33, 2:36, 2:39 - Had fun with Dubs and Amanda this morning. I rowed with all my might but its still pretty pitiful! :)

I'm in on the Paleo challenge since I don't have much of a choice. I have never tried strict Paleo for an extended time, it usually is a Paleo + dairy or Paleo + cheese burgers or some combo. I'm excited.

Yay Paleo Challenge!! Eric that's a great idea! Adam, I know football is starting this weekend...Thank you for committing babe.  Marcy you are right. We need to have a Paleo Challenge in January, LoL. Next we have Halloween, Thanksgiving and Christmas. We can still enjoy the Holidays! I like to think of this as a 30 day detox... It might become a lifestyle and just cheat when an important ocassion comes up. Or it might just be too miserable. I won't know till I try it long enough. I am excited for this challenge too!
