Had to do WOD solo at home this morning because of a early morning meeting.
31 min scaled- 15lb dumbbell for TGU. I think i looked like a dying turkey on its last leg during the last 10. Happy Tuesday!

Hated to miss my 6am class and mates this morning but started feeling under the weather yesterday so deemed today a mandatory rest/recovery day.

This was my last day at Next Gen for the summer. Thank you all so much for the encouragement and pushing me over the summer to reach a new level of fitness. I will continue to strive to get better.

Had to use 10 lb with left arm. My new knee just won't fold up and pass under..
Running is getting easier.
