Kymm...this picture makes me miss you and NEXTGEN!!! It is hysterical. We finished hiking the trail so I guess I should get off my butt and do my first WOD in 3 months.

12:16 rx'd a little slower than my PR, but after yesterday's WOD I was happy my legs could hold up the squat cleans, and my arms could hold the ring dips!
