Rest Day
NextGen brings home 4 medals!
Sarah - tied for 3rd place in the Rx'd Division
Kymm - won 2nd place in the Scaled Division
Dr Jeremy - won 3rd place in the Master's Rx'd Division
Eric - won 2nd place in the Master's Rx'd Division
I literally could not be prouder of these 10 people. Congratulations to all of our competitors!
Throughout the day I received many compliments on NextGen athletes technique, intensity and conduct. Great job everyone, way to represent!
Also, big shout out to all of the family and friends who drove the four hours there and back to cheer us on! Thank you so much for your support!

Marcy, we left before the places were announced... All I can say is that watching NextGen's competitors was very inspiring for me and they all performed great!! Really proud of Eric for representing Next Generation Crossfit so well with his performance.

I was able to be there for the entire day and the one thing I can say for NextGen's competitors is that they NEVER quit. I agree with the comment about it being inspiring. It was an awesome thing to watch.
