That workout was awful...my legs are still quivering. Sore doesn't even begin to describe the feeling.
The plate push was the worst part--seeing these photos brings back horrible memories. But every NextGen competitor laid it down--these two guys as much as anyone in the field. So cool to have so many people there from our gym!!

Sarah, this wod was just plain cruel. But everyone did it & did it well with no hesitation. It was a fight to the finish. You all are warriors!

I liked having a grade today on the form. kept me honest, and focused.

Had the day off so I decided to do two workouts today.
Workout #1: Kymm's class
3 minutes box jumps
3 minutes KBS
3 minutes thrusters
Then:
Run 400m with plate overhead
And
3 rounds of 20 T2B, 20 DB Snatch with 15 min. Time cap
Cool down: 750m row
Rested 30 minutes then did today's WOD: 14:06 bar row
