10 Pullups (strict, no kip)
50 Pushups (strict)

Excited for, but sad to see one our great athletes leave! This morning will be Sarah's last day at NextGen as she moves on from Oklahoma.
Thank you Sarah for your your kindness, strong work ethic and help with everything during your time here. You will be missed and will always have a home at Next Generation CrossFit!
