10 Pullups (strict, no kip)
50 Pushups (strict)

Excited for, but sad to see one our great athletes leave! This morning will be Sarah's last day at NextGen as she moves on from Oklahoma.  

Thank you Sarah for your your kindness, strong work ethic and help with everything during your time here.  You will be missed and will always have a home at Next Generation CrossFit!

Today's workout - brutal for a Monday even with scaling the pushups to 25 per round.

So I'm sitting in a Walmart parking lot most of the way across Arkansas eating my dinner of cottage cheese (protein) and almonds (fat)--don't worry, Eric, it's not Paleo but it's in Zone portions ;) --thinking about what to post on here to say thanks to all of you for everything over the last 2.5 years. This is hard!!!

Thank you for your friendship, for the listening and understanding, for the comfort through the many tears and cuss words. All of you were inspiring, from the most scaled athlete to the Chad. ;) Thank you for pushing me beyond my self-imposed limits and thank you for letting me fail.

Okay, here come the tears. I'll wrap this up because typing through tears on a blurry iPhone screen is ludricrous. Enjoy the days you have at the gym and enjoy each other--great people at NextGen. Hopefully I'll see you all soon at the Battle Over Redland!!

As for the next phase of my life and finding out where I land at the end I this adventure, I guess the next step is to get started. 3-2-1 go! :)
