Hi everyone! Super exited about a few things this week:
1. Next Generation CrossFit is pleased to announce that we are officially hosting a big Tulsa CrossFit competition on Saturday, November 17th!
2. We will be cancelling this week's Wednesday 6pm class to have an open meeting for this event. All trainers and potential competitors and volunteers are asked to come. From another gym? Curious? Come on by!
3. Due to this Saturday's Olympic Weightlifting seminar, the 9 and 10am classes are cancelled. We apologize for any inconvenience.
4. This week's Strength/Skill portions will be devoted to gymnastic strength movements.
