Happy 4th of July!
We will have an open gym today from 8am to 10am in observance of Independance Day. All other classes will be cancelled. Feel free to come by during these hours to do a workout of your choice!

Slept in,
Did nothing all day,
Hung out with my cool neighbors in our cul-de-sac and got a 360* view of fireworks while watching our kids play.
No crowds, no booze, no traffic.
