Attention: We will have an open gym on Wednesday, July 4th from 8am to 10am in observance of Independance Day.  All other classes will be cancelled.  Feel free to come by during these hours to do a workout of your choice!

Deadlift (225/135)
Handstand Pushups
Squat Cleans (135/95)
Ring Dips
21-15-9 reps for time.
