So last time I did the WOD it was May 18th with a high of 90 and low humidity. Today at 4pm temps should be 104 with 56% humidity. This will be intersting to say the least. HYDRATE MY FELLOW CROSSFITTERS!!!!!!

(Sorry ... ... ... don't know what happened there. I think I need a vacation.)
Decided to not do "Griff" due to archilles healing up, so I opted for something different.
Buy in - Row 1k
then,
21-15-9 reps of:
Close-grip Kettlebell Pushups holding handles, went deep
KB Thrusters (35's)
KB Overhead Lunges (35's)
14:40 rx'd. Waayyyyy harder than it looked. I look forward to sharing this one with you pard-ners.

18:12 RX'd I felt like the little engine that could just chugging along as everyone else passed me. :)
58 LB press beat previous PR at 53 Lbs tried 60 twice but failed or bent my knees. Andrea thanks for keeping me honest! Great job 6 a.m. To all you afternooners- I don't know how or why you do that to yourselves!!

My first experience with running backwards, interesting to say the least.
I thought my time was 14:16 RX'd but then I saw Rorie posted 14:31 and she was in front of me. I am going to state that I think Rorie was faster than what she posted.
6 am, got it done!

3x1 @ 115

16:45 as rx'd....almost a minute slower than October 5, 2011, but most likely anywhere from 20-40 degrees hotter! I run like Fred Flintstone when I go backwards! LOL! On my last 400m going forward, Jacob was going backwards. I was trying to catch him, but I couldn't...so even my forward motion was slow! Oh, well...

Oh, almost forgot.....Shoulder press 83-93-93-93(F). 93 lbs is a new PR for me.
