First WOD announced for Oklahoma Crossfit Challenge:

"Grace":

Five minute time cap
Any time left over before the time cap do max double unders
Score is number of double unders
Rx'd and Master's 40-49: 135#/95#
Scaled and Master's 50+: 95#/65# with lateral jumps instead of double unders

Wrist is swollen from HSPU's so I opted for this instead:

S/S: Five (strict) sets of
11 DB Pushups
11 BW Rows under a barbell

WOD:

Hey everyone,
I'd like to apologize to Chad and Lindsey, I was just giving chad a hard time. A lame attempt at humor gone wrong. If anyone would like to kick my a$$, please let me know when you'd like to and I'll show up. But seriously, it was not intended to do anyone any harm. Sorry to Eric as well for adding a headache to your day. One day I'll grow up, you'll have to bear with me.

That's a horrible time I know. got it done...that's all I can say :)
I'm so thankful that the 4:00ers and Eric helped get me through it. I almost gave up.
