Strength/Skill:

Snatch, 3x1 @ 90% or,
Tabata Double-unders 

WOD"Tabata This!"

Tabata Row
Rest 1 minute
Tabata Squat
Rest 1 minute
Tabata Pull-up
Rest 1 minute
Tabata Push-up
Rest 1 minute
Tabata Sit-up

The Tabata interval is 20 seconds of work followed by 10 seconds of rest for 8 intervals.
Tabata score is the least number of reps performed in any of the eight intervals. Unit for the row is "calories".  Post Tabata score for each exercise to comments and total for final score. (e.g., 10, 22, 9, 15, 15 = 71)

Power Snatch 3x1 (90% of 1 RM) @78 lbs (my one rep max is 80 lbs ....maybe need to try for a new 1 RM)

42 as rx'd...(PR is 44).

Great job 6:00 am class!

I'm not too proud to say that the Tabata This wiped me out this morning. My score was 34 - scaled.

Reached a new 1 RM for Power Snatch, though.

Was shooting for a score of 60, but missed reps at the very end of pull-up and pushup sets.
Previous best was 52, so I'm happy I guess.
