70 Ball Slams (20/14)
60 Sit-ups (frog, no anchor)
50 Kettlebell swings (55/35)
40 Pull-ups
30 Handstand push-ups

16:17 scaled 1 ab mat for HSPU and blue band for pull ups. If anyone can teach me how to do a kipping pull up I would be fovever grateful, getting tire of scaling WOD's because I can't figure out the kip!

17:26 (modfied with knees on box)....bleh. Had to stop twice to tape fingers on the pull ups. Glad to have OKC visitors Stacy and Brandon at the 4:00 pm class!
