Runs were a little slow for me, but it was my first time running anything longer than a 400m in over three weeks.
Happy with my pull/push/sit/squats for once.

33:02 as rx'd (with a bathroom break!). I just didn't have much in my tank this morning. I almost didn't come because I got delayed at the hospital this morning and knew I would be a few minutes late. I am glad I did it though...it was a moral victory of sorts.

Wow! I just looked it up and saw that I did this WOD last year in 34:33. I beat last year's time by a minute and a half...and that was even with a bathroom break! :-) I'll take it.
