Attention: We will have an open gym on Wednesday, July 4th from 8am to 10am in observance of Independance Day.  All other classes will be cancelled.  Feel free to come by during these hours to do a workout of your choice!

Strength/Skill:

Deadlift, 3x5 @ 75% or,
Tire flipping/Atlas Stones 

WOD:

Bench Press (185/123), 30 reps for time.

Since my 1 RM is only 135lbs I was contemplating doing 103lbs. Eric talked me into doing it rx'd and I'm glad he did. Thanks for pushing me Eric!
