Attention "Oklahoma City CrossFit Challenge" competitors:  We will be having a short meeting on Wednesday night at 7pm to help prepare you for the upcoming competition.  You don't want to miss this!

Strength/Skill: Turkish Get-up, work up to a 1RM in 15 minutes

30 Deadlifts (225/155)
30 Double-unders
30 Kettlebell Swings (35/25)
30 KB single-arm Overhead Squats (35/25)
30 Pullups

I am really looking forward to doing this workout for some reason.

It looks easy. You know what that means...

13:23 - scaled 83LB Deadlifts, 20lb Dumb Bell and Blue Band for pull ups. My dirty diet this week had me draggin this morning.

Not happy with my time.
I could not string together more than 2 to 3 double-unders at a time today due to some residual achilles pain from a hard run two weeks ago.

Big congrats to shellie for not only getting her first pullup but doing the wod rx. So proud of you girl. 11:00 am class rocked it.
