Kymm/Luila's class:

21-18-15-12-9-6 reps of KB swings and SDHP, then:

10 minute pull up ladder, then:

50 reps each of:
squats, lunges, hollow rocks, lateral jumps (over plate). Do 5 burpees every 2 minutes.

Very good aerobic workout! Great job, ladies!

Not my day at NextGen.

Showed up late to Chad's class, so I gave myself a 30 burpee penalty warmup.
Rushed some stretching and jumped on the double-unders skill. Body was like, "Nope", and could barely piece together sets of 30. More trip-ups than I've had in a LOOONNNGGG time.

Bench Press, not much better. Recently hit 295 without a hitch a few weeks ago. Could only get up to 285 today. Failed three of my five attempts at 295.

Moral of the story? Show up on time, get your body warmed up properly, and get your head screwed on straight.

68lbs 1RM almost shamed to post this with Sarah's post! And it's 5 lb increase from previous 1rm. Thanks dubs for the push and 5 min close workout to get my heart racing.

I hovered around 17 to 20 reps of DU's which is pretty good for me. Also, great work today Sarah.

Great job, Sarah and Stacy! I SOOOOOO wanted to do this WOD today! I wasn't too sore or tired or any of that. I think I could have lifted a new PR today...though I doubt I would have matched Sarah's lift. Next time, ladies... Today my schedule just wouldn't allow me to get to the gym during regular hours. I DID get a great workout in (ask Amber H.) at the 9:30 ladies class, but would have done the regular WOD today if I could have.

Well...I had the car ride home to bask in the glory of a new gym record until Sarah crushed it, Nice work girl!
WOD: 1 rep max 143lbs.
