I just have to give a 'you're a bada$$!' to Jorge. That guy works his butt off on every wod, and being that tall is such a disadvantage on WODs like today's. Every KB snatch the KB had to travel further, every squat clean he's got way longer lever arms with those femurs--poor guy! But he comes in there and gets work DONE!

Wod scaled: 25:58 43lb squat clean and 20lb DB. This wod kicked my butt but I'm not whining! 2 fish oil pills, 2 Advil and 15 minutes in an ice bath will have me good as gold tomorrow! Great job 6am- Shaun, chad, Kim and Chris. Chad your compliment made my month!!
