12:45 with toes on 20" box for two rounds and knees on box for last round. Also, ran 250ish meters for the first round because my name is "Molasses" and I was the last person to the rowers. Since there were 5 people for 4 rowers, I ran...which was fine with me, btw. I got far enough behind that I got to use the rowers the last two rounds. How's that for strategy? LOL!
