Longest I have ever rowed! Eric, one suggestion- make the music during a long row workout nature sounds (song birds, water falls) so I can at least pretend like I am on a boat on a beautiful lake enjoying myself. :)

We check what the nextgen workout is everyday and usually try to modify it to what we can do at the park. We had decided to run a 5k today and then checked what the wod was over here and it was the same. Figured it couldn't hurt to post our time and say hello from hot as balls Baton Rouge. :)

Run 4-5 miles

Warm-up 3x15 reps
Strict Pull-ups
Kb swings
GHD sit-ups

Front Squat 5-3-1

Hang Power Cleans sets of 5 until 50 reps @ 135lb
50 kipping pull-ups sets of 10

56 situps
5k row: 21:3?

Good to know what to shoot for the next time
