10 Box Jumps
20 Situps

6 rounds plus 1 rep (14 lbs and 16" box). My legs were toast...burnt toast!

9 rounds + 3 box jumps

WOD: 9 rounds and 39reps
24" Box, 20# Ball

At 6am
6-rounds 30 reps (18# ball 20"box)

Then I ran to 2 miles at 5:30pm.

Now it is Thunder Time!!!!!!!

8 rds (8lb WB and 20" Box) plus 15.Great job 6 am!!

7 rounds + 30 reps (14lb and 20")

A word of advice. DO NOT do Barber's Over the Shoulder Boulder Moulder and then go home and make homemade mayonnaise. My arms fell off onto the floor.
