Does anyone else feel like Eric is calling us out on this WOD? Like, "Hey guys--you think you're tough? Let's see you do THIS!!" :)

How many days do you get to do this WOD? Lol
Posted by: Jason P | June 15, 2012 at 10:42 PM
We could start out in my pool if you want to do it all the way. It would be 440 laps in my pool first. Just to put it into prospective. Lol
Good luck everyone. It just happenes to be my day off.

Navy Seal Pre-BUD/S workout: 38:10
Modified with 3 rounds of each section, and used blue band for pull ups and dips, and close grip underhand pullups with green band (10 each round) for rope climbs. Just for "fun", I did three 15 ft. rope climbs after the workout when no one was using the rope.
Great job to EVERYONE who showed up today for this WOD. I am always amazed at those who can do a workout like this as rx'd. You all keep me feeling (relatively) young and inspired!

41:10 rx'd
Coming in just behind Chad and Cory, the gymnastic wonder twins, I am now second guessing if I hit a fifth round on my dip/pullup combo, or not.
All other rounds were definitely correct as I made marks on the whiteboard after that.
Man I hope I got that fifth round. That would make me feel good.

Rope Pull ups, I did the 55 pound KB instead of the 44, which made the pushups a little harder than I had anticipated.
Oly Lift class was awesome learned a lot about my snatch form. Thanks Adam!

Ate a whole lot of humble pie today. Got my ass whipped by everybody. :)
64:40 rx'd
But that's okay, because technically I would never have had to do this workout--I would've drowned in the two-mile swim! :)

Eric, you should feel good about it regardless. No one doubts you would have finished the WOD rx'd in a very respectable time even if you had one more round of dips and pull ups. Sarah, you were one of only two or three women who were able to do this rx'd today, so there's no shame in that! And, yeah...the swim would have done me in.

Modified the dips with a blue band. Everything else rx'd. Pull-ups and dips were my LAST round. No way I was gonna make it through those dips. Thank God Marcy stayed to cheer us on. I may not have finished. Thank you Marcy!!

Great job everyone! This workout was awesome. If we do this again I'll be sure to show up rested and sober. Might help my time and doing a bit more rx'd
