Hey folks: It's going to be a HOT week.
Remember to stay hydrated with water all throughout your day and evening. Research says that if you wait until you're thirsy, then you're already beginning stage one of dehydration. Soda, tea, coffee and alcohol are NOT hydrating, and will actually dehydrate you faster. If you consume such, you need to increase your water intake even more, so play it smart!
Also, it would help if everyone brought a towel with them to keep the floors and equipment from getting soaked.
Thanks,
The Head Honcho, El Presidente, and Dr. Marcy's go-to for tough medical questions.

Very good advice, Eric! And yes...I don't know what I'd do if I didn't have you to bounce my tough orthopedic cases off of. How did I ever make it through med school and residency without you? ;-)
I came in before the 100+ heat to Kymm's class. As always, it was a 3 WOD workout that kept me moving the whole class.

I don't envy those that are going this afternoon- it will be a soaker and definitely needs a towel or two to ensure a clean gym- we all know how Eric likes to keep things tidy and organized. Great job Shaun you lead the 6 am pack.

If you normal go to the 6am class like me. You should not read the post if you set you clock wrong and are going to the 6pm class. 6pm is in the evening right so it should be cool. Lol
Let you all know how I do.

Found this a great welcome to Summertime at Crossfit WOD!!!!! I don't remember my time 25-26mins or something. I blame the mild case of heat stroke I was dealing with. Thank you Eric for the suggestion of the towel, guess its a necessity from here to mid October!!!!
